We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns  
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging  
- Must include proof of purchase  

Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Cosmetics  
- Lip products  
- Personal care items  
- Sale/clearance items  

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method  
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing  

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right.

Order Cancellations  
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Customs & International Orders (Canada)  
We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are non-refundable.
